Economics

Because Charta manufactures corrugated board using the substrate selected for each job, we print straight onto the board. This is inevitably less costly than the separated processes of pre-printing and then laminating the substrate to the corrugated core.

Those familiar with pre-printing know the process requires very large minimum print volumes. At Charta we print the quantities customers actually want so they don't end up warehousing a lingering and costly inventory.

The economics of all print quantities are now worth discussing with us.
